Voice is “isochronous” – regular little frames and not in big bursts like data, he is laying out how to do what GSM has been doing for years on Access Points
Some jokes now on how he is trying to be like a telco – hahahaha
In the end of the day it was just an explanation of how ip telephony needs to behave like GSM telephony
